License Agreement

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and the Author and White Knight Consultancy. By installing and using the BibleSurfer (Software), you are agreeing to and are bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must uninstall this software immediately.

1. LICENSE

This license grants you rights to:-

  1. Install and use unlimited copies of the Software.
  2. Distribute the Software only in its original form without modifications, additions or exclusions.
  3. Transfer your rights under this agreement, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement.

2. LIMITATIONS

  1. You may not REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE or DISASSEMBLE the Software except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  2. You may not modify or combine or package the Software or any part of the Software with any other application.
  3. You may not utilize this Software or any part of the Software for commercial gains.
  4. You may not create a copy of the Software that is not exactly as published by the Author inclusive of any accompanying material, documents, files and this license agreement.
  5. You may not hold the Author or White Knight Consultancy liable for any damages, incidental, special, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in relation to the use of or the inability to use the Software even if it is due to the negligence of the Author or White Knight Consultancy.

3. COPYRIGHT

The Author and White Knight Consultancy own the copyright to all the graphics and text included in the Software except for the Bible text in which the relevant copyright notice will be clearly displayed in the Software.

4. WARRANTY

The Software is provided “AS IS” and is without warranty of any kind. The use of the Software is entirely at your own risk. The Author and White Knight Consultancy expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
